These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 90iji platform and all related services. "Platform" refers to the 90iji website, mobile version, and other associated digital channels. "User" or "Member" refers to any person registered on this platform.

Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guidelines are also inseparably linked to these Terms. By using the platform, you are considered to have accepted those as well.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute or interpretation, 90iji's decision will be considered final.

3.1 Registration Process

When registering on the platform, you must provide accurate and complete information. If false or incomplete information is provided, 90iji reserves the right to close the account and withhold any deposited funds.

• Each individual may open one account only.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (password, PIN) completely confidential.
• You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

90iji may request the following documents at any time to verify your identity:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
• Proof of an active mobile number (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account verification).
• Proof of address, where applicable.

If documents are not submitted within the specified time, the withdrawal process may be temporarily placed on hold.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The approved methods for depositing funds on the 90iji platform are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Applicable transaction fees may apply in accordance with the rules of the respective payment method.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. A withdrawal request may be delayed or rejected if the following conditions are not met:

• Account verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• The wagering requirement for a bonus has not been fulfilled.
• An active investigation or security review is ongoing.
• The withdrawal method does not match the deposit method.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 100% bonus of up to ৳10,000 on their first deposit. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or deposit ৳22,000 and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times (20x), and it is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on the deposit plus bonus). For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳20,000 (1,000 × 20) in bets before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Each member may claim each promotion once only.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met first.
• If fraud or misuse is found in connection with any bonus claim, 90iji reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• The validity period of a bonus offer will be determined by the conditions of the relevant promotion.
• Separate conditions apply to VIP cashback and other promotions.

6.1 General Gaming Rules

Sports betting, casino games (slots, live casino), fishing games, and other games are available on 90iji. Each game has its own rules. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 90iji will determine the outcome based on its own records.

6.2 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, action will be taken in accordance with the applicable betting rules.
• In the case of any unusual or suspicious bet, 90iji reserves the right to investigate and place a hold on payment.

6.3 Fair Play

Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using any software, bot, script, or automated technology to place bets or play games.

• Conducting money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Attempting to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.
• Harassing or behaving abusively toward other users.

8.1 Suspension by 90iji

90iji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any clause of the terms and conditions.
• Refusal to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• Technical issues or a security review.

8.2 Closure by the Member

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. All pending transactions must be settled before closure, and any approved withdrawals will be completed.
